Society of Women Engineers

Lehigh University's chapter of Society of Women Engineers aims to provide a support network for female engineering students. Through professional networking and socializing with peers, SWE enhances the professional and collegiate careers of our members.

Lehigh University’s SWE is also dedicated to inspiring young women to consider a career in the field of engineering. Due to the fact that women are a minority in this field and many do not have the opportunity to explore engineering until they have already begun their college education, we strive to introduce this possible career path to young women early in their educational careers.
